*Cancellation & Refund Policy*

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to reschedule your adventure. Please note the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds:

*Cancellation Notification:* 

To notify us of a cancellation, please contact us through one of the following channels:

*Online Bookings:* 

– *15 Days or More Before Arrival:* If rescheduling is not possible, a service charge of 25% will apply.

– *Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival:* If rescheduling is not possible, no refund will be issued.

 

*Important Notes:*

*No Refunds:* No refunds will be provided once the tour has commenced or for any unused services.

*Late Arrivals:* Arriving late may result in a shortened tour experience.

*No Shows:* If the client does not show up for the tour, the advance payment will be forfeited.

*Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances:* If the tour cannot proceed due to weather or other unforeseen events, the tour must be rescheduled. In the event of operator cancellation due to these reasons, customers will receive a full refund or credit.

 

*Payment Information:* 

All quoted prices and payments are in US dollars. These policies are necessary due to the complex logistical planning and significant expenses involved in organizing your tours.
